After a fantastic round of the WSK Final Cup in Lonato, Norbert Jr Plaszewski was counting on an equally good result during the Trofeo delle Industrie. Unfortunately, the competition held on November 28-30, 2025 at the South Garda Karting track was a struggle for the teenager – both with his body and the kart. Before the qualifying session, the Polish-Norwegian driver suffered an accident that hampered his fight for the rest of the weekend, and his pursuit of the frontrunners was hampered by engine and carburettor problems.

Just after the last round of the WSK Final Cup, the Lonato track will once again host the cream of the karting world. In just a few days, on November 28-30, 2025, the Trofeo delle Industrie will be held for the 53rd time in history at the South Garda Karting track. Among the 278 drivers from around the world, including 50 competing in the OK-N Junior category, is Norbert Jr Plaszewski, who unexpectedly received an invitation to this competition.

Last weekend, the South Garda Karting track in Lonato witnessed one of the final karting events of the 2025 season. It was there that the final round of the WSK Final Cup series took place from November 19-23, 2025, in which Polish-Norwegian karting driver Norbert Jr Plaszewski also participated. Thanks to his excellent form, the 13-year-old not only qualified for the final race but also finished in a respectable eighth place.

The South Garda Karting track in Lonato will soon become the arena for the last round of the WSK Final Cup series, culminating the competition of many karting drivers in 2025. Among the drivers who will compete for the last time on Italian soil is Norbert Jr Plaszewski, who starts in the OK-N Junior category. The Polish-Norwegian karting driver admits that he cannot wait for his final start of the 2025 season.

The second round of the WSK Final Cup series, held last weekend, was another opportunity for Norbert Jr Plaszewski to fight for the best possible result on Italian soil. Competing against the best kart racers from around the world in the OK-N Junior category, the thirteen-year-old with Polish-Norwegian citizenship narrowly missed the final heat, fighting fiercely in each heat. The third and final round of the WSK Final Cup is scheduled for November 19-23 at the South Garda Karting track in Lonato.

After a very positive, albeit unlucky, participation in the first round of the WSK Final Cup series, Norbert Jr Plaszewski returns to Italy for another round of competition with the best karting drivers from around the world. The thirteen-year-old with Polish-Norwegian citizenship will this time take part in the second of three rounds, held at the Cremona Karting track, fighting among 72 competitors in the OK-N Junior category.

Last weekend was a busy one for many karting drivers as they competed in the first round of the WSK Final Cup, held at the Franciacorta track. Norbert Jr Plaszewski successfully took part in the competition in the OK-N Junior category, confidently reaching the final race. Unfortunately, a collision with another driver eliminated Norbert when, after moving up 19th, he was fighting in the top ten for an even better position in the race.

The ROK Cup Superfinal, which took place last week, brought together the best karting drivers from around the world. Norbert Jr Plaszewski, competing in the Junior ROK category, made it all the way to the final race, maintaining a pace throughout the week that allowed him to fight for high positions. The thirteen-year-old with Polish-Norwegian citizenship finished the competition in 21st place out of 83 competitors.

Norbert Jr Plaszewski will arrive in Lonato, where the ROK Cup Superfinal will be held at the South Garda Karting track. The thirteen-year-old, who will be the only representative with a Norwegian license to compete in his age category, is optimistic about the competition.

Jr's First Pole Position in Italy at Rok Cup Winter Trophy in Lonato. P1 in Jr's group and P2 overall with 43 drivers in mini class from all over the world.

First Race of the 2023 is the Rok Cup Winter Trophy at Lonato, Italy. 25-26 of February.

Jr will continue with WTR PAROLIN POLAND team in 2023 driving both Polish and Italian Rok Cup races

Jr was ment to attend Rok Cup Festival 2022 at Franciacorta but got sick few days before the trip to Italy and had to pass the last race of the year.

Jr finished his debut season in mini class on P10 out of 45 drivers.
It was a season he had to adopt fast especially because he never driven any tracks in Poland beside one in Bydgoszcz.

We where straggling with the setup and didn't find a good rhythm that weekand.

Difficult weekend involving lot of contact on track, Qualifying P16, Race 1 Jr managed to climb to P10 but at the last lap he was pushed of the track and fininshed P16.

Dramatic end to Norwegian Karting Championship 2022 in Prefinal there was 4 restarts, Jr started from P1 and all of them except the last one where he started P3 but finished P1, in Final rain came down and we where not ready with the setup, Jr span at first corner in warmup lap and started the final at the end of the field with 33 drivers he worked his way up to P14 and lost control at one of the laps he finished P25

Pole Position at Norwegian Karting Championship 2022 and a New Track record at Varna with 49.978 a bit slower then the morning warmup that was 49.745 but still a Pole

New Track for Jr. It wasn't the easiest race, yet happy to stay out of trouble, very unlucky for Jr's teammate who ended up in hospital with broken leg😥

Update! Jr is competing under Stian Sørlie Motorsport with KR in Norway. He participated in a race this weekand at Andebu. Flow in from Poland stright on to Qualifying without preparation and he had to run in engine in qualifying! Qualifying P6. Heat 1 big crash at the first lap bend whole back and front of the kart but continued to drive till the end came in P19. Heat 2 started P19 finished P8. Final P12 rain came down just before start on slicks finished P7 out of 26.

The qualifying didn't go as planned even he was the fastest on test day before and the day of the qualifying but was unable to set good lap. Started P11, Heat 1 from P11 to P3. Heat 2 P3 to P2. Pole Position Jr's first in Poland in mini category

First round of KMP at Bydgoszcz, Jr showed great speed, setting fastest lap times in all except of one heat where he got hit form behind at the start of the heat and had to chase the field from last position.

Jr will take part in KMP Poland for the first time to compete for 2022 Polish Karting Championship. 3 rounds on 3 different tracks, First round Bydgoszcz.

It was very difficult weekend for Jr involved in may accidents in all heats, the speed was there but no luck this time finished at P24 ! Next race in 2 weeks time!

Jr will compete at Rok Cup Poland for the first time in Mini category 10 races in total.

Meeting with Mr. Parolin himself. I got to see how karts are made from ground up and received some nice gifts!

What a race at Lonato my second time on this track and I love it! Free Practice went well P8 and P10.
Qualifying P13 out of 34 at the Warm up before Heat 1 I span at the 2nd corner to avoid a collision with another driver, engine did't start and it was full of fuel. So at the start of Heat 1 i fell 9 places. Finishing P22
But at the final heat from P22 I managed P11 very happy with the performance and the speed I managed to get up to. Next stop Poland!

Jr getting ready for first race of the year! South Garda Karting is holding a Rok Winter Trophy 2022 in beautiful Lonato, Italy.

Jr had a first meet with his new team, training at different tracks in Italy.

WTR Parolin Poland is one of the best racing teams on International arena. Jr will be competing in Poland and also Internationally. We are delighted to be a part of a professional team like WTR Parolin Poland and can't wait to start working together, achieving new heights!

The kart came in at last, Jr showed good progress from last race at Chiva this time he finished P4 starting from last position due to not taking part in qualifying because of technical difficulties.

P13 out of 20 in Final. Our kart didn't come in time for Race but thanks to good friends we got to race anyway! Qualifying P15, first Final Jr moved up to P9 in wet conditions. Final 2 Jr fell down to P13 overall good progress .

Sending the new kart to Spain for testing, hoping it comes in one piece and on time for Race.

Jr will attend at the 4th round of Valencian Championship in Spain on the 27-28 November.

Jr just received a brand new Kart Republic mini kart, getting it ready for testing!

Great end to the 2021 season. Jr managed pole position and win all heats. From now on we will concentrate on Mini class!

Jr in getting ready for the last race of the year in Norway, cold weather in coming in fast this will be his last performance in Cadetti class.
